This is a house from 1975, which used to be our founder’s grandmother’s first home and bridal shop, Zheng-Mei Wedding Dress Store. Through this house, we are closely connected to the local stories of Yancheng.

※ Quadruple rooms require a minimum of two occupants.
※ Plan changes are only allowed as an upgrade from Plan A (10 nights) to Plan B (100 nights). Downgrades are not permitted.
※ If the plan is terminated early due to personal reasons, no refund will be issued.

It’s very close to the MRT station with excellent local amenities, everything you need for food and drink is right there. The communal space is filled with books, fellow travelers, and occasionally, friendly dogs and cats. Just writing this makes me want to stay for another night... Highly recommended!

I always look forward to seeing which room I’ll be assigned to, as each has its own unique charm while sharing the same standard of cleanliness and comfort. Originally the founder’s grandmother's home, 3080s local style now feels like my own grandmother’s place in Yancheng, full of warmth and familiarity.
I’ve stayed at 3080s local style for all four of my trips to Kaohsiung. My family of ten loved the nostalgic, home-like vibe. You can feel the heart put into every detail: friendly hosts, high-quality toiletries, and incredibly comfy pillows that my family member wanted to take back to Hong Kong! If you’re tired of bland hotels, I highly recommend this place. I’m already planning my fifth visit!

What amenities are provided?

The kitchen is equipped with basic appliances like a refrigerator, microwave, and induction cooktop. There are also designated spaces for reading and working.
➤ Private Suites
Each private suite comes with air conditioning, a fan, clothes hangers, internet access, and a private bathroom.
※ Some room types do not include a desk, and some have a shared bathroom for four people. You can specify your needs in the application form, and we’ll match you with a suitable room.
※ There is no washing machine inside the space, but several self-service laundromats are nearby to save you time.
Is transportation convenient nearby?
➤ Public Transport: We are just a 5-minute walk from the Kaohsiung MRT Orange Line (Yanchengpu Station) and the Light Rail (Shoushan Park Station).
➤ Bicycles: If you bring your own bike or rent one from our partner Giant store, you can park it at our arcade. You can also rent a bike from a nearby U-BIKE station, which is just a 1-minute walk away.
➤ Cars and Motorcycles: We don’t have a partner parking lot, but you can park on-street at designated parking spaces on Wufu Road and Qixian Road. For motorcycles, you can also park at our arcade.
※ On-street parking fees for cars and motorcycles are charged by time segments. Please refer to on-site announcements for detailed rates.
Can I stay if I don't speak Chinese or English?
Absolutely, it’s no problem at all! We have basic Japanese and English instructions around the space, and our team is on-site to assist you. With a little help from body language and translation apps, you can easily navigate any questions you have. Who knows, you might even learn a new language together!

What should I do about package delivery?
Simply notify our host in advance with your name and the number of packages to expect. We’ll let you know via LINE@ once they arrive. Your packages will be kept at the front desk for you to pick up at your convenience.
Can friends or family stay over?
As a co-living space, we prioritize everyone’s privacy and safety. Visitors are welcome to visit until 10 PM. Overnight stays for non-residents are strictly prohibited, but we are happy to recommend other places nearby for gatherings.
Can I bring pets?
We’re very sorry, but due to our shy resident cats and dogs who live in the common areas, we are unable to host other pets. If you are uncomfortable around cats or dogs, please let us know in your application form, and we can arrange a suitable room to minimize your encounters with them.

What security features are provided?
We have several security features in place for your safety:
➤ The main entrance has an electronic lock, accessible only to residents and our team. We’ll inform you in advance if the space is booked for a special event.
➤ Common areas are monitored by CCTV cameras.
➤ Fire extinguishers are placed on every floor.
➤ Each private room has its own independent lock.
Is the shared workspace open to non-residents?
The shared workspace is currently for residents, their guests, and our team only. We do not offer the space for public rental. Any future updates to our policy will be announced on our website.
Are there laundry facilities?
We don’t have washing machines or dryers inside the apartment due to the space design. However, there are many self-service laundromats nearby, which can save you time on washing and drying. You can also use our upcoming Yancheng Discovery Pass for special offers at our partner stores.
Is there an elevator?
As our building is an older, 5-story house, it doesn’t have an elevator. Please keep this in mind when booking your stay.
Is smoking allowed in the space?
No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside 3080s Local Style. Please smoke at the outdoor arcade. Thank you for your cooperation.
Fees
What’s included in the room rate?
The room rate includes all utilities (water, electricity), Wi-Fi, and package receiving. For long-term stays, it also includes one free room cleaning per week. If the cleaning day falls on a public holiday, it will be postponed. Additional cleaning services can be arranged one day in advance for a fee of NT$300 per session.

How is the fee calculated if my rental period changes?
The fee is calculated based on your chosen individual or corporate plan.
If you check out early, rent is non-refundable.
If you need to extend your stay, the cost will be calculated according to your existing plan. To ensure room availability, you must inform us of the extension date at least two weeks before your scheduled check-out. If you notify us after this period and we have no vacancies, we will be unable to extend your stay.
When and how do I pay my monthly rent?
➤ Payment Schedule:
Before Check-in: A 50% deposit of one month’s rent is required. The remaining 50% is due on the day of your arrival. A security deposit is not required.
During Your Stay: Your monthly rent is due on the same date you checked in. For any extensions less than a full month, the fees will be calculated and collected on that same date.
Example: If you check in on Oct. 16, your next rent payment will be due on Nov. 16, along with any fees for an incomplete month’s extension.

How many times can each card be used? Is there an expiration date?
➤ Green Card: Unlimited use during your stay at 3080s Apartment.
➤ Blue Discount Coupons: Each coupon is valid for a one-time discount and will be kindly collected by the shop after use.
Do I need to complete all missions of each color to get the number?
No. For each color, simply completing any one mission is enough to obtain that color’s number. Of course, you are more than welcome to try them all to discover more of Yancheng’s story!
How can I view the list of partner shops and discounts？
Scan the QR code on the back of the Green Card to visit the official Yancheng PASS website for detailed information.
Can I take Yancheng PASS home as a souvenir?
Unused Blue Discount Coupons may be taken home and used on your next visit to Yancheng.
